Requirements
As our chosenGroundskeeper,every day you will perform property landscaping, groundskeeping, maintenance and assisting the property manager with various property projects. Park Trace (169 Units) is a beautiful 64+ tax credit, affordable community inDecatur, GAand we want YOU to be our Groundskeeper!
Day to Day:
Vacuum, sweep, clean toilets, take out the trash, scrub the floors, disinfect hallways, community room, and leasing office
Sweeps and blows off all sidewalks, walkways, parking areas, garages, and dumpster areas using a leaf blower, or power-washer
Cleaning bathrooms and common area floors,
Picking up trash from the grounds
Report to management and maintenance repair needs and supply requests
Able to walk long distances and stand for long periods of time
Benefits
