We're currently seeking highly skilled Insurance Agents and/or Financial Advisors to work with our established client base, focusing on the sale of annuities. While we do offer a range of senior market insurance products that could provide additional income opportunities, the primary emphasis in this role is on selling financial products geared towards estate and income planning.
Our approach is exceptional, tried-and-tested, and remarkably successful, completely eliminating the need for prospecting. We don't just hand you leads;
we provide you with scheduled Appointments. These appointments don't involve cold prospects;
instead, you'll be meeting with existing clients who are not only anticipating your visit but also eager to meet with you.
Due to the high value of our reputation with these clients, we're not looking to hire just anyone with a license. We are specifically searching for highly qualified and experienced individuals with a proven track record of success.

Here are the qualifications we are seeking in our ideal candidate:
Active Series 7 &
66 or Series 65 or ChFCPreferred
Active Life Insurance License
Clean U4 (if currently registered):
If you are currently registered in the financial industry, a clean U4 record is required.
Proven Sales Ability
Proficiency in Microsoft Office:
Strong skills in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are essential for this role.
Ethical Judgment:
Approach clients with sound financial and ethical judgment, ensuring the best interests of the clients are always prioritized.
Self-Starter and Problem Solver:
We seek candidates who are proactive, self-motivated, and capable of solving complex financial challenges.
Communication Skills:
Possess advanced listening, written, and oral communication skills, along with strong persuasive and interpersonal abilities.
Retirement Income Certified Professional (RICP) Designation:
Either already have or be willing to obtain this designation, demonstrating your commitment to expertise in retirement income planning.
Travel Flexibility:
Be willing to travel to meet with qualified clients, with occasional overnight stays as needed.
