What you'll need to succeed as an Analyst, Technology at XPO
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
- 1 year of related experience installing, troubleshooting and supporting corporate AV equipment
- 1 year of related experience building, deploying and troubleshooting desktop computers and telephony equipment in a corporate environment
- 1 year of related experience with Microsoft Windows OS, Active Directory and SCCM
- Proficiency with Windows OS and Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience supporting a corporate, networked computer environment
- Able to lift up to 25 pounds
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or similar
- 3 or more years of related experience
- Mac and iOS experience
- General networking knowledge
- Knowledge of VMWare
- MCP, MCSE and A+ certifications
- Experience with shipping and recycling operations

What you'll do on a typical day:
- Support and troubleshoot the XPO end-user environment and execute device lifecycle management activities including fulfillment, provisioning, deployment, support and asset disposition
- Schedule and execute site decommissioning activities, including the e-waste of retired equipment
- Assist with PC returns, shipping, logging serial numbers and preparing systems for recycling
- Operate within standard security compliance
- Maintain and manage workload through computerized ITSM ticketing and tracking system
- Present a high level of professionalism and customer service throughout all interactions
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues on laptops, PCs, thin clients and mobile devices
- Execute duties through rotational services of deskside visits, phone troubleshooting, walk-in center and tech depot fulfillment center
- Maintain inventory of assets
- Use SCCM, Powershell, Active Directory and other diagnostic and remediation utilities to identify, diagnose and correct issues
- Complete PXE imaging tasks
- Create and manage user accounts
- Support, troubleshoot and train end-user on Microsoft Office 2013 applications, including O365 email and Outlook
- Support end-users by answering questions on enterprise software applications
- Provide technical support and advice on varying projects
- Manage warranty returns
- Troubleshoot and configure VOIP handset and headset devices
- Configure, support and troubleshoot networked printers including multifunction, laser, fax, barcode label, dot matrix and high-volume scanners
