Major Responsibilities

• All Routing Analyst I responsibilities
• Evaluate and complete route requests efficiently for new Routing Services sites
• Perform and verify nightly student file download/import process
• Perform routine to complex routing system maintenance
• Act as primary customer contact to resolve complex issues or questions
• Establish and maintain basic project plans
• Generate and distribute daily routing reports
• Provide support to Focus-FirstView team, where needed
• Lead new small-to-medium routing system builds (|100 or less buses)
• Perform basic routing efficiency reviews
• Perform system data backups, where required

Minimum Education or Certifications Required

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience.

Minimum Experience or Skills Required

• 2+ years of experience
• Strong knowledge of key routing systems
• Oral and written communication skills. Customer service skills. Research skills. Organizational skills. Detail oriented. Project management skills.
• Sound Excel and Word skills
• Ability to work with limited supervision
• Ability to handle moderately complex issues and problems, and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff. Possesses solid working knowledge of subject matter. May provide leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to a subordinate group.
