Job Description
Purpose
The Financial Analyst is responsible for supporting ongoing financial forecasting and planning and assists with the development of financial models to support decision making related to business issues. The Financial Analyst assists with the preparation and analysis of actual results and forecast versus multiple scenarios.
Responsibilities
Assists with the month end close and financial reporting activities including monthly LBEs, Plan, LRP and documents for presentation.
Assists with variance analysisfor planning cycles, analyzes financial data, and analyzes trendsto provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
Provides accurate and timely financial planning and analysis deliverables to direct Manager.
Assists with financial support to functional business managers.
Prepare financial reports, presentations, and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
Support month-end and year-end close processes by submitting consolidated commentaries to relevant stakeholders.
Perform ad hoc financial analysis and projects as required with excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly and effectively.
Knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and financial reporting requirements with a willingnessto learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
