Agronomy Operations Specialist

Job Description
This role requires someone with a very strong mechanical aptitude and experience running self-propelled sprayers and row crop equipment. The main duties will include dispatching Custom Applicators and overseeing any mechanical work being done in the shop. An ideal candidate would be someone who has been working as an applicator but is looking to further their career.
Key Responsibilities:
Dispatch Custom Applicators efficiently to meet customer needs.
Oversee mechanical work in the shop, ensuring timely and quality repairs.
Maintain and operate self-propelled sprayers and row crop equipment.
Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality customer service.
Uphold the company's commitment to customer service through effective team management.
Salary:
$60,000 - $70,000 + Benefits
