In this role, you will manage relationships and evaluate the performance of assigned agencies for the purpose of selling and retaining profitable health and specialty benefits business. You will consult effectively to enhance understanding of products, services and benefits. You'll also formulate, implement and execute a sales/retention-focused business plan for each agency which incorporates customer specific considerations and aligns with corporate or product strategies and initiatives. In addition, you will support agent training initiatives.
Our strongest candidates are effective consultants skilled at strategic business planning, and they can speak to the ins and outs of a complex industry—they’re viewed as trusted business partners and experts. They are exceptional and can lead presentations(whether it’s an audience of 20 or 200!), customer-focused, and they have a knack for driving performance, as demonstrated by a track record of client/account retention.
