Agency Operations Specialist

Job Description
OVERVIEW
This position will be responsible for supporting licensed agents in our Medicare Supplement and Medicare Advantage division who sell Medicare Supplements, Medicare Advantage, Dental, Vision, Hearing, Critical Illness, and Hospital Indemnity products. The Agency Operations Department is held accountable for ensuring applications are being processed with the insurance carriers in a timely manner, identifying applications that require corrections, resolving Cases that require carrier contact, as well as being a resource for agents for application processing questions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
The essential duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
Provide general support to Sales Agents
Track all Medicare Supplement, Medicare Advantage, and Ancillary applications within the boundaries of the SLA
Document and provide solutions to Cases within the boundaries of the SLA
Perform as a liaison between the sales agent, carrier, and other internal departments to ensure timely processing of applications
Attend and communicate updates in weekly team meeting
Other duties as assigned
