INTERNSHIP SUMMARY
SoLa Impact is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Intern to join our team for the summer session. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in administrative tasks and support our team in various projects while learning about the social impact and affordable housing industry.

$17.28 per hour

Requirements
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management
Support the coordination of meetings and events, including scheduling, logistics, and preparation of materials
Conduct research and analysis on various administrative topics and present findings to the team
Manage and update internal databases and systems
Assist in drafting and editing documents, presentations, and correspondence
Provide general support to the team as needed
REQUIREMENTS
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program, Business Administration preferred
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Detail-oriented with high accuracy in work
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Strong team player with the ability to work independently
