Job Purpose:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Coordinator. This role will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and ensuring smooth and efficient workflow. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
Coordinate the sites training and initiatives.
Handle office accounting tasks, such as vendor invoices and expense tracking
Point of contact for various operational programs such as fuel cards, toll tags, vehicle registrations, etc.
Point of contact with IT Management partner for computer and phone issue coordination and resolution
Manage office supplies inventory and procurement.
Coordinate meetings and appointments for the office staff.
Assist with event planning and coordination
Oversee office maintenance and ensure a clean and organized work environment
Expense report and credit card management including auditing and reconciliation.
Oversees general office maintenance, repairs, and upkeep
Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.

Education and Required Experiences:
Min 3 years of proven experience in administration, human resources, and basic accounting.
Proficiency in Microsoft products and Excel.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit for extended periods and perform computer-based tasks.
·Manual dexterity to operate a computer keyboard and other office equipment.
Occasional lifting of up to 10 pounds may be required for file storage and retrieval.
Maintain a clear drug and alcohol screening protocol.
