Job Description
Renesas Electronics is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support the Business Unit team, which includes management, marketing, and engineering. We design, develop, and manufacture Integrated Circuit devices for the global Space Industry.
Responsibilities include:
Assist in travel (logistics, booking &
expense reports) along with conference planning/logistics (including export paperwork support w/ our export team).
Help with Microsoft office tools/documents (mainly SharePoint, PowerPoint and Excel).
Help coordinate and organize marketing giveaway items and other office items.
Help management sign off items like invoices, expense reports, PRs, etc.
Maintain/improving aesthetics of the office space and storage areas.
Help with marketing collateral.
Interface with the legal team/system to process NDAs and other legal docs as needed.
Calendar/meeting organization and visitor logistics support.
Proofread weekly reports and other critical emails.
