In this role, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operations of the office.
Responsibilities
Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
Greet and assist visitors, ensuring they are received in a friendly and welcoming manner
Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory
Assist in organizing and coordinating meetings and conferences
Handle and prioritize incoming and outgoing correspondence
Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations
Provide administrative support to the management team
Ensure confidentiality and security of all documents and information
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in an administrative role
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to maintain confidentiality
