Saatchihas an exciting opportunity for you to join our agency as an Administrative Assistant. A successful candidate for this position will understand that their first responsibility is to do everything they can to provide operational support to several team members of the Client Partnership Group. This trusted person will be responsible for being the “know-it-all” of company processes and navigate operations in a smart and efficient way. This person will interact with Client Partnership team members daily, and must maintain the discretion, professionalism, and competence that the role requires at all times.
An ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of administrative support experience. This person must be exceedingly trusted, well-organized, self-starter, flexible, and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting busy Managers and Executives.
Roles and Responsibilities Include:
Anticipating the needs of those you support and following up on details to ensure the workday flowing smoothly
Ability to interface and assist with interpersonal communication with all levels including executive assistants
Proactively addressing prioritization of schedules
Assisting with onboarding duties assigned
Managing travel arrangements, as well as meeting and appointment scheduling
Completing expense reports, car logs, and other procedural paperwork
Assistin organizing in-person and online department events
Preparing presentation materials for internal &
client meetings
Discreetly handling confidential documents and privileged information
Resourcing and budgeting responsibilities to support leadership teams.
All other duties as assigned
