POSITION OVERVIEW
The Administrative Assistant is primarily responsible for providing support to the Property Accounting Team. This includes a variety of tasks including financial reconciliations and managing confidential information, supporting leadership and new employees as they join the team. This is a key role for the team as it ensures that our processes and procedures all run smoothly. If you have strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail, we would like to meet you. This position is hybrid and will office in our Downtown Dallas HQ location.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Take custody and manage checks sent to DFW office - log receipt, determine correct entity that check belongs to, ensure delivery to correct entity/bank.
Assist with coordinating signature cards and updating bank signatories via circulating confidential documents.
Assist with essential office management and operational duties.
Support SVP, VPs, controllers with day to day, or recurring tasks and projects.
Coordinate computer equipment orders, shipping, and setup for 100+ staff.
Complete new hire set up and assist with coordinating onboarding tasks.
Sort and distribute incoming &
outgoing mail.
Schedule meetings ranging from one-on-ones to entire national accounting group meetings.
Handle office supply orders.
Submit expense reimbursement reports.
Coordinate ownership of office security system and badges
Handle office communication to staff.
Coordinate office events for groups.
