Our team has an immediate need for an experienced Administration Manager whom will be responsible for a variety of management roles in specific project, business, or technical units. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to assist on a number of different projects and may be located in the office or on a construction site.

  • Builds and maintains favorable working relationships as the primary contact with Clients, Contractors and other team members during construction phase activities.
  • Reviews, understands and interprets technical specifications and contract documents, etc.
  • Coordinates with design team in the analysis and review of requests for interpretations and submittals.
  • Performs on-site observations and generates field reports on the progress and quality of work.
  • Makes substantial completion inspections/determination with list of deficiencies.
  • Review contractor claims.
  • Assists in technical document quality control and constructability reviews during the design process.
  • Can work on multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Bachelors or Post Bachelors degree in a business related field
  • Minimum of 15 years’ experience in project coordination, administration, scheduling, and procurement
  • In depth understanding of project documents and specifications
