Activities Supervisor

Job Description
As an Activities Supervisor, you will be responsible for communicating and working with Westgate vendors such as Resort Recreation and Tourism Management (RR &
TM), Excursions, Tennis, etc. In order to facilitate products and services for the Activities department.
As an Activities Supervisor, you will:
Manageteam members in the Activities/Kids Club department by coordinatingrecreational programs on a day-to-day basis for all age groups according to needs and interests of guests/owners, resort requirements, and seasonal opportunities.
Assist in set-up and breakdown for special events.
Formulate an environmentwhich will increase team members’ morale and motivation.
Prepare daily/monthly records and procedures for logo merchandise, marketing materials and other purchases in accordance withWestgate Resorts accounting.
Perform weekly inspections of recreational sites.
