Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Pool Server is responsible for identifying the needs of guests and accommodating to those needs, The pool server makes the connection with the guest, and ensures guest satisfaction.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Cash handling including:
settling all guest transactions, and end of shift report
Properly handling guest credit cards for running tabs:
Follow through with the guest, make sure that the credit card is in a secure location when running the tab, handing the correct card back to the guest when closing the tab.
As a server it is solely your responsibility to collect all payment at time of taking the order to avoid walk outs.
Maintain positive guest relations at all times.
Work with a spirit of teamwork. Willingly accepts additional responsibilities and tasks. Communicate needs and ideas to management.
Monitor &
maintain cleanliness, sanitation &
organization of assigned work areas
Knowledgeable in the menu of food and beverage
Ability to suggestively sell and upsell.
Ability to give a tour to any guest.
Ability to properly id guests that are of age to sell alcoholic beverages to
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize work assignments and special projects.
Weekend availability. Schedule for this position is not set. Must be able to flex schedule based on business demands.
Must be able to communicate effectively

WORK CONDITIONS/MACHINES AND EQUIPMENT USED
There is constant physical contact with food. Washing hands and arms is mandatory. General hygiene such as brushing teeth, daily shower, and deodorant is mandatory.
