Job Description:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our accounts receivable process, ensuring timely collections, and maintaining accurate financial records. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the accounts receivable process, including generating invoices and ensuring timely delivery to customers.
Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments and initiate collection efforts through phone calls, emails, and letters.
Resolve billing discrepancies and disputes efficiently and professionally.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all accounts receivable transactions and customer communications.
Prepare and distribute regular reports on accounts receivable status, aging, and collection activities.
Collaborate with internal departments to address and resolve customer inquiries.
Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or a related role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel;
experience with accounting software (e.G., QuickBooks, SAP) is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines.
Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
