About the Role:
At Anatomage as an Accounts Payable, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial transactions of the company, ensuring accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices, as well as payments. What You’ll Do
Process vendor invoices by meticulously examining invoices for accuracy and completeness, verifying they match purchase orders and receiving reports.
Ensure proper approvals by obtaining necessary approvals before processing payments.
Handle employee expense reports as well as process and verify employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Create purchase orders and place orders with vendors as needed.
Perform data entry for accounts payable transactions with precision.
Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements, ensuring accuracy in our financial records.
Log daily accounting activities related to outgoing funds.
Vendor management:
Maintain vendor records and ensure all contact information is accurate and up-to-date.
Communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams regarding accounts payable matters.
Requirements
Minimum Education and Experience Required:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred
Proven experience (2+) years in accounts payable or a similar finance role
Qualifications:
A keen eye for detail and a high degree of accuracy.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent problem-solving skills to identify and resolve discrepancies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Experience using NetSuite and Concur is a plus.
The ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
