Accounting Specialist

Dynamic Personnel is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accounting Specialist to join our team. As an Accounting Specialist, you will play a critical role in the financial operations of our company. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial data, preparing financial reports, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and procedures and possess excellent organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain financial records and reports
Process and reconcile accounting transactions
Review and analyze financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance
Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
Prepare financial statements and reports for management
Support month-end and year-end closing processes
Provide financial analysis and support for decision-making
Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
CPA or CMA certification is highly preferred
Proven experience in accounting or finance roles
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong time management and multitasking abilities
Benefits
Yearly salary between $88,000 and $136,000
