Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Accounting required. CPA highly preferred
Proficiency in budgeting, bank reconciliation, accrual accounting, and payroll processing
Experience with accounting software
Ability to mentor and develop junior staff members
Excellent analytical skills for financial report preparation
