We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Implementation Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients on the implementation, customization, and optimization of our financial software solutions. The successful candidate will have an in-depth understanding of financial software, accounting principles, and business processes to ensure customers receive exceptional service and solutions that match their unique needs.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and provide expert advice on the best financial software solutions to meet their needs.
Implement industry best practices and configure software to meet client specifications.
Develop reports using standard software tools to provide greater insight into financial data
Provide training and support to clients on the use and optimization of financial software solutions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Confidently present solutions to client leadership and stakeholders, including to director and c-suite level
Stay up-to-date with the latest financial software trends, features, and functionality to provide clients with the most cutting-edge solutions.
Provide input to the product development team on customer needs and product enhancements.
Participate in sales presentations to prospective clients as a subject matter expert.
Consistently achieve utilization target of 80%
