Accountants

Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of accounting principles, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards
Manage general ledger entries and reconcile accounts to ensure the integrity of financial data
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making
Conduct periodic audits of financial transactions to identify and resolve discrepancies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support business objectives
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in accounting regulations to ensure compliance
Assist with the preparation of tax filings and coordinate with external auditors as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
CPA certification or progress towards certification preferred
3+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles
Proficiency in accounting software (e.G., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines
Knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
