Accountant

Job Description:
We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Responsibilities:
Prepare financial statements, reports, and records by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information.
Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
Perform month-end and year-end close processes.
Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.
Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting regulations and principles.
Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
Collaborate with internal teams to support financial operations and decision-making.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Proven work experience as an Accountant or in a similar role.
Solid understanding of accounting principles and standards.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
CPA certification (preferred).
