We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Tax Preparer Accountant to join our client'steam. As a Tax Preparer Accountant, you will be responsible for accurately preparing and reviewing complex tax forms, including 1041s, 706s, and trust accountings, for their clients. This role requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of tax laws and regulations, and the ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and review complex 1041s, 706s, and trust accountings for a diverse range of clients.
Ensure compliance with relevant tax laws, regulations, and accounting principles.
Analyze financial data and documents to identify tax-saving opportunities and potential risks.
Collaborate with team members to resolve tax-related issues and provide comprehensive solutions to clients.
Communicate directly with clients to gather necessary information, address inquiries, and provide expert tax advice.
Stay informed about changes in tax legislation and regulations to ensure compliance and optimize tax strategies for clients.
Participate in training and professional development activities to enhance your tax preparation skills and knowledge.
Assist in the continuous improvement of tax preparation processes and procedures to increase efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in tax preparation, with a focus on complex tax forms such as 1041s, 706s, and trust accountings.
Strong understanding of tax laws, regulations, and accounting principles.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in tax preparation software and MS Office suite.
