Job Description
This is a remote position after 1 week of training.
Westgate Resorts is seeking a CollectionsAgent Bilingualthat will be responsible for all activity on accounts to maintain the best possible portfolio performance andcustomer service. Our compensation package includes an hourly rate of $16.50/hour. Our generousIncentivestructure is based on goal performance and has earning potential of up to $500-$700 a month. We also offer shift differential pay, which is 15% Monday-Thursday after 5:
00 PM, and 20% on Saturdays.

As a Collections Agent Bilingual you will:
Handleinbound/outboundtelephone calls with owners to collect all past due payments and down payments, while providing stellarcustomer service
Identify accounts that need additional research or skip tracing to be contacted and take necessary action to ensure the account is contacted promptly
Provide accurate information to owners regarding their accounts during every communication
Problem solve and swiftly resolve owner inquiries, as needed
Follow training and quality models to ensure proper Account Services methods are used and qualitycustomer serviceis provided during difficult calls
