Position Purpose:
We are seeking an outside consultative sales professional (Account Manager) that can continue our customer growth in the assigned area for hazardous and non-hazardous waste disposal services. This job requires a sales background that can focus on developing strong customer partnerships to aid their waste identification, regulatory compliance, disposal choices, sustainable options, and cost minimization. Core responsibilities are to conquer a territory budget through current base customers and closing additional new businesses. Keys to success include prospecting new leads, onboarding new customers, maintaining strong relationships with base customers, and finding creative solutions and services to make customers' waste management needs better. A typical day will be set by you and will focus on new customer opportunities:
lead follow-up, offering quotes, communication of services, completing bids or follow-up with base customers:
service reviews, contract reviews, new waste streams available, and general checkup. The day will include travel to customer locations or communication via phone, email, or video meetings.
