What You'll Do:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Account Executive (AE) who will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base while also managing and nurturing relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and experience selling solutions to QA, Dev, and Testing teams. This role will involve a blend of new business development and account management, ensuring our clients receive the best possible service and support.
Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:
Identify and target prospective clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and industry events.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, effectively communicating the value of Kobiton's solutions.
Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
Account Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
Understand clients' business needs and objectives, providing tailored solutions to help them achieve their goals.
Proactively identify opportunities for account growth and expansion, including upselling and cross-selling additional services and features.
Collaborate with internal teams, including Product, Customer Success, and Technical Engineering and Support, to ensure client satisfaction and successful implementation of Kobiton's solutions.
Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients to monitor satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.
Reporting and Analysis:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions in our CRM system (Salesforce).
Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance, account status, and market trends.
Analyze sales data and client feedback to identify areas for improvement and inform strategic decision-making.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of seven years of B2B SaaS/Software solutions selling and customer experience
Proven track record of success in a sales or account executive role, preferably in the technology or SaaS industry.
Strong understanding of mobile technology and software testing solutions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally with teams across the organization
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
