Sales Rep

Who You Are
Experienced Proven track record of B2B outside sales. Industry experience is a plus
Competitive Team Player - motivated by working with other high performers and crave the challenge of closing deals. Love leading the charge and winning incentives

What You Will Do
Prospect and generate leads within your local community and beyond by walking into or calling businesses and setting appointments with decision makers.
Close deals and genuinely advocate for businesses by providing business owners with the resources and tools they need to simplify operations, reduce costs, and streamline payments
Develop new client relationships through active prospecting and referral partnerships by being the local authority on ethical merchant services
Deliver solution driven presentations to business partners
Educate business partners on the merchant services industry
Organize your day and week around competing demands
Meet or exceed expected monthly and quarterly sales milestones
Deliver outstanding customer service. You are a true advocate for these businesses, their success is your success
This is a work-from-home field sales opportunity, with no territory restrictions on selling. We expect results, but we want you to have a healthy work/life balance.
Must Haves:
*1 year of sales experience in SAAS (Software As A Service), merchant services, and/or payroll.
*You're the face of our Company, so be prepared to bring your best self
*Professionalism and integrity
*High sense of urgency and innate sales talent
*Communication is key, keeping in regular touch with your sales leaders and peers is a must
Compensation and Benefits
This is a W2 position so you are eligible for benefits. This includes medical, dental, 401k, and more to keep you healthy and happy. If you can close deals, a first-year Sales Representative may expect an average of $75,000 - $180,000+. Enjoy generous install bonuses, lifetime monthly residuals (vested from day one), and quarterly bonuses.
