Macintosh literacy required.

Experience as an account executive, preferably in a creative services firm

Proficiency in Microsoft Office required and experience in Adobe CS a plus

Experience in social media marketing and/or office administrative skills a plus

Primary Responsibilities:

Serve as liaison between client and project management, creative, and production teams to ensure successful and timely conclusion of projects.

Consistently provide exceptional service to achieve the highest level of client satisfaction.

Nurture and grow existing accounts to help develop new business opportunities.

Help determine fees for firm's services, write proposals, and respond to RFPs.

Write thorough creative and project briefs.

Evaluate and recommend new account servicing and admin policies and procedures for ongoing effectiveness.

Help perform quality control of firm's services.

Attend weekly production meetings.

Develop strong, mutually-beneficial relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.

Think proactively regarding marketing for the studio and the firm's clients to discover new techniques and current trends for increased effectiveness.

Help review, select, and monitor outside vendors and help acquire vendor estimates for use in proposals for potential projects.

Monitor status of clients' projects and resolve issues that arise.
