3rd Shift - Entry Level-2 Dollar Shift Differential

Snap-Tite Hose, a leading manufacturer of firefighting, agricultural, and industrial hose is seeking candidates for 3rd Shift Weaving, Finishing, Extrusion and Vulcanizing to join our team. These positions are entry-level position with a starting wage of $15.00 per hour, plus a $2 shift differential for 3rd shift.
No experience is required as we provide on-the-job training. We offer competitive benefits and eligibility for vacation pay.
Responsibilities
Operate machinery and equipment according to production requirements
Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure proper functioning
Monitor product quality and adjust machine settings as needed
Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area
Complete production and quality reports accurately and timely
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work 3rd shift and the willingness to be trained
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
