Job Description:

Work with a team to review and process grant applicants and payments
Assist applicants with completing applications and submitting required documents
Ensure applications are complete and processed
Refer applicants to appropriate services as needed
Collect and compile data and complete reports
Receive and educate important information to clients
Ensure that the client’s needs are met by maintaining a high level of customer service
Understand, follow, and support all safety policies and programs
Ensure confidentiality of all client records

Position Requirements:

Valid driver's license and access to an insured vehicle required
Basic computer and typing skills
Knowledge of small business operations
Ability to navigate a smart sheet database
Working knowledge of case management principles and processes
General understanding of community history, traditions, and beliefs
Excellent written, verbal, and listening interpersonal skills
Cooperative team player and a desire to help others
Organized, detail, and tasks oriented
