Responsibilities
Provide personalized guidance and support to sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing properties
Understand clients' needs and financial capabilities to propose suitable solutions
Promote listings through various marketing techniques, such as advertisements and open houses
Conduct property viewings and address clients' questions or concerns
Prepare and complete necessary documentation for transactions
Requirements

Proven track record of successful sales in real estate
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
