Responsibilities:
Assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price and under the best terms
Determine clients' needs and financial abilities to propose suitable solutions
Provide guidance to sellers on how to effectively promote their properties
Stay knowledgeable about the market and best practices
Perform comparative market analysis to estimate property values
Requirements

Proven track record of sales in real estate
Ability to work autonomously and effectively sell properties
Outstanding people skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
Demonstrable aptitude in negotiation and problem-solving
Trustworthy, reliable, and results-driven
Basic computer skills
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Must be 18 years or older
