As a Real Estate Agent, you will act as an intermediary between sellers and buyers, providing guidance, marketing listings, and assisting in property transactions. Responsibilities
Build relationships and provide guidance to sellers and buyers to facilitate successful property transactions
Conduct market research and analysis to determine the value of properties
Market and showcase properties to potential buyers through various channels
Assist sellers in effectively promoting their properties to attract favorable offers
Stay up-to-date with real estate market trends and best practices
Requirements

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office
Trustworthy, reliable, and results-driven
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Must be at least 18 years old
