JOB DETAILS
Base Pay:
$26.50-$29.50 per hour, plus a $1.25 shift differential
Rotational Shift:
6 AM to 6 PM &
6 PM to 6 AM, 4/3/3/4Schedule
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Maintenance Technician, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to, set up equipment as needed, the repair of equipment, performing preventative maintenance, ordering replacement parts for equipment, repair leaks of all kinds. A successful candidate must have superior written and verbal communication skills. This position requires strict adherence to safety policies and procedures and a commitment to customer quality. This position requires flexibility;
must be available for regular standby assignments;
work scheduled off-hours and emergency overtime as required.
Mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills for the following disciplines
General print reading
Air systems
Water systems
Air compressors
Chilled water systems
Suction and pressure-style powder conveying systems
Pumps and valve rebuilds
Shaft alignment including bearing installation and setting clearances
Part of lean and 6s teams
Perform preventative maintenance
Install safety devices on equipment and maintain those devices
Order parts as needed
Maintain repair parts inventory
